Mongoose Media announces new appointments for Marketing and Editorial responsibilities

Mongoose Publishing Sdn Bhd today announced that it has appointed Miki O’Farrell to the role of Marketing Director overseeing the marketing and events division. CEO, Patrick Brennan stated ‘We are pleased to welcome Miki to the Mongoose Publishing family. She brings a wealth of expertise on content and partnership marketing to the business which will be beneficial for us and for our clients’. Miki O’Farrell has over 14 years experience working in creative advertising and marketing for some of the world’s biggest brands including Tourism Australia, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, Pernod Ricard, and Optus (Singtel). Miki said ‘I am thrilled to be joining Mongoose. The portfolio of brands is enviable and I look forward to working across all of them and to assist with providing integrated partnerships for our clients.’

Muna Noor, Editorial Director has also assumed additional responsibilities for the Editorial Direction of the Time Out brand in Malaysia. This includes Time Out Kuala Lumpur, Time Out Malaysuia Guides and Time Out Malaysia Kids and adds to her portfolio which already includes the full suite of Mongoose Media’s publications: Elle, Esquire, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Expatriate Lifestyle and other Special Projects initiatives. Muna said ‘I’m delighted to be overseeing the Time Out brand here in Malaysia and will be working closely with Editor In Chief John Lim to build on the brand’s successes and increasingly focus on putting the digital reader first. Time Out is number one in KL and our digital offering keeps going from strength to strength with over 3 million page views our content is clearly engaging readers.’
